This page explains the intellectual property rights that apply to the NOVSIGHT website, our products and our brand, and how to report a concern to us. For information about third-party vehicle brand trademarks, see our Trademark Notice.

1. NOVSIGHT Trademarks

NOVSIGHT® and the NOVSIGHT logo, together with our product series names including HALO, HALO Pro, HALO SE, CYBER, CYBER EYE, X Series, N Series, N60 Ultra, N62, N63, N66 Pro, N67 Pro, N70, N99, Rock Series and MagicCarpet, are trademarks or registered trademarks of NOVSIGHT LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY INC. and its affiliates.

You may not use these trademarks, logos, product names, slogans or trade dress in any way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or official status without our prior written permission.

2. Copyright

All content on this site — including text, product descriptions, photographs, videos, illustrations, icons, graphics, page layouts, code and the overall arrangement of the site — is owned by NOVSIGHT or used with permission, and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, uploading, licensing, transfer, sale or the creation of derivative works — is prohibited without our prior written consent.

3. Product Images, Fitment Data and Specifications

Product images, fitment information, beam patterns, lumen and wattage figures, and other specifications shown on this site are provided by NOVSIGHT or our suppliers for the purpose of describing our own products. They must not be copied, republished or used to describe or promote products from other sellers.

Where a product photograph includes a vehicle, the vehicle is shown only to demonstrate installation and beam performance. The presence of a vehicle in an image does not indicate that the vehicle manufacturer has reviewed, approved or endorsed the product. See our Trademark Notice for details.

4. Patents and Designs

Certain NOVSIGHT products, housings, mounting systems, optical designs and packaging may be protected by patents, registered designs or pending applications in the United States and other countries.

Awards and design recognitions referenced on this site, including the Red Dot Design Award, are the property of their respective awarding bodies and are referenced descriptively.

5. Licensed Use by Partners

Authorised dealers, distributors, affiliates, ambassadors and other partners may use NOVSIGHT product photographs and approved marketing materials only within the scope granted in their written agreement with us, and only for the period during which that agreement is active. Partner status does not grant ownership of, or any licence to register, our trademarks.

If you are a partner and are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, contact us before publishing.

6. Reporting an Infringement or Objection

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a rights holder and believe that content on this site infringes your rights, please contact us with the following information so that we can review it promptly:

• Your name, company and contact details
• Identification of the right you hold, including a registration number where applicable
• The specific URL and content on our site that you are concerned about
• An explanation of the basis for your concern
• A statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf

Please send notices to service@novsight.com with the subject line “IP Notice”. We will acknowledge your notice and respond within a reasonable period. Where a concern is valid, we will correct, update or remove the content without delay and without requiring formal proceedings.

7. Licensing and Media Enquiries

Requests to license our photography, video, brand assets or product imagery outside the scope described above should be directed to business@novsight.com.

8. Changes to This Page

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our products, brand or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently revised.
