NOVSIGHT "Worry-Free Delivery" Shipping Protection Service

Worry-Free Delivery

Worry-Free Delivery is optional third-party shipping protection that may be offered at checkout and is provided by Seel. Only orders for which the service was purchased at checkout and successfully activated are eligible for Seel claims.

Purchasing Seel protection does not replace NOVSIGHT policies.

Whether or not you purchase Worry-Free Delivery, you may still request support under NOVSIGHT’s official policies. When protection is active and the issue is within Seel’s scope, submit the claim to Seel first.

Seel’s current public standards

Situation Current threshold When to report Payout summary
Shipping delay A domestic shipment has not arrived 10 days after Seel’s recorded fulfillment or shipment date; 30 days for an international shipment. File after the applicable waiting period and within the final deadline shown in the terms for your order. Seel’s current public standard is USD $5 or the corresponding settlement amount displayed by Seel.
Package loss A domestic shipment has not arrived after 30 days; 60 days for an international shipment. Generally no later than 90 days after the order date. If the carrier confirms loss earlier, follow the instructions available in Seel’s claim portal. Based on the amount actually paid for the affected item, subject to Seel’s limits and exclusions.
Marked delivered but not received The carrier status shows delivered, but you did not receive the package. Within 7 calendar days after the carrier marks the package delivered. Handled under the Seel standard that applies to the order after verification.
Transit damage Carrier handling caused severe damage that prevents normal use or otherwise meets Seel’s damage standard. File immediately. Seel’s current public guide states within 7 calendar days after the carrier marks the package delivered; the terms for your order control. Based on the extent of damage, up to the amount actually paid for the affected item.
Domestic or international? Seel determines this from the actual fulfillment and shipping route, not the shopper’s nationality.

Transit damage is different from a product defect

Usually reviewed as transit damage

Fracturing, shattering, crushing, severe bending, or other carrier-related damage that prevents normal use, subject to Seel’s review.

Usually outside Seel’s transit-damage scope

Manufacturing defects, packing errors, wrong or missing items, missing parts, minor cosmetic issues, or damage caused during unboxing, installation, use or storage.

An issue outside Seel’s transit-protection scope may be reviewed independently under NOVSIGHT’s Returns & Exchanges or Warranty Policy.

Prepare this information before filing

  • Your order number, order email and Seel protection details;
  • Complete tracking history or a carrier statement;
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label and damaged item;
  • Video that clearly shows the issue, when requested;
  • For a package marked delivered but not received, Seel may request a police report, doorbell or security footage, a carrier-issued loss statement, or acceptable written evidence from a qualified third party;
  • Any other information reasonably requested by Seel to verify the claim.
Do not discard the packaging too early. Keep the item, all packaging and the shipping label until Seel or NOVSIGHT confirms that inspection is no longer required.

Submit the claim directly to Seel

Open your Seel confirmation email or the Resolution Center.

Select “Report an Issue” in the email, or go directly to the Seel Resolution Center.

Use your order number and order email to find the protected order.

Select the issue and affected item.

Choose delay, loss, marked delivered but not received, or transit damage.

Provide tracking, photos, video or other documentation requested by Seel.

Select an available payout method.

The available options are the methods displayed by Seel when you file.

Wait for Seel’s review.

If information is missing, follow Seel’s instructions to provide it.

If you paid the service fee but did not receive a Seel confirmation email, contact Seel through its official support channel or Resolution Center to verify the protection status.

Seel makes the final decision within its coverage scope

  • Seel independently reviews the claim and determines approval, denial, payout amount and payout method.
  • NOVSIGHT cannot approve a Seel claim on Seel’s behalf and cannot guarantee that Seel will provide a payout.
  • Available payout methods are those displayed by Seel during the claim process. This page does not promise PayPal, Venmo, direct deposit or any other specific method.
  • Seel’s current public guide generally uses the amount actually paid for the affected item as the basis for loss and damage payouts. Shipping charges, the Seel service fee, import duties and unaffected items are not automatically included. The terms for the order and Seel’s decision control.

What if I did not purchase Seel or my issue is outside its scope?

Whether or not you purchased Seel, you may request support under NOVSIGHT’s official policies. An active issue within Seel’s scope should be submitted to Seel first. If protection was not purchased or activated, or Seel confirms that the issue is outside its transit-protection scope, NOVSIGHT will review the issue independently under the policy that applies.

Shipping or delivery questions

Review the Shipping Policy, or use Contact Us when the issue does not fit another support path.

Wrong, missing, transit-damaged or returned items

Review the conditions, deadlines and evidence requirements in Returns & Exchanges.

Product defects or failures

Review the Warranty Policy and provide the required purchase and troubleshooting information.

Independent review

Referral to NOVSIGHT does not guarantee a refund, replacement or other compensation, and does not automatically reverse a decision made by Seel within its coverage scope.

When is the Worry-Free Delivery fee refundable?

  • If NOVSIGHT approves cancellation of the entire order before shipment and the Seel protection has not yet become active, the Worry-Free Delivery fee is refunded with the order.
  • Once Seel protection has become active, the Worry-Free Delivery service fee is non-refundable.
  • The service fee itself is not included in an item-loss or transit-damage payout unless the Seel terms for that order expressly provide otherwise.

Choose the correct support path

Submit an eligible delay, loss, marked-delivered-but-not-received, or transit-damage claim to Seel first. Use the applicable NOVSIGHT policy for other issues.
