Description

A truck underglow kit that earned its place under an off-road rig — and that actually fits it. We mapped these underbodies and built a kit for each one, so you're not measuring your own frame rails or hoping a "universal" four-piece set reaches.

A dual-row 5050 array firing at two angles lays down one seamless carpet of light — no hot spots, no dark gaps, no visible diodes. Every section is wrapped in 2.5mm of extruded aluminum and filled with solid clear resin, so rocks, vibration, mud and water crossings don't end the show.

Sections chain together with sealed connectors, and the aluminum channel is rigid enough to screw straight to the frame — screws and straps both included, so you decide whether to drill. 256 dynamic modes, app and remote control, a built-in mic for real music sync, and a 7-core harness that wires into your brake, turn, reverse and accessory circuits.

Fitment & Mounting

Pick the kit that matches your platform — each one ships with the section count and lengths that layout needs. Sections mount to the front, rear and rocker frame rails.

Because the housing is a rigid 2.5mm aluminum channel, you can drive a self-tapping screw straight through it for a permanent mount — or strap it on with the included heavy-duty ties if you'd rather not put a hole in your rig. Both are in the box.

Plan roughly 30cm (12") between sections on each side for the chain leads to route cleanly.

Buying individual sections? The same rules apply — roughly 30cm between sections, and every section SKU is a matched left/right pair.

Novsight® Shipping Policy

This page covers how we ship — processing, addresses, warehouses and customs. For what shipping costs and how long it takes to your country, see the rate tables.

View Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order, to:

  • The contiguous 48 US states and Washington DC
  • Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom

Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are served by different carrier networks and are charged by weight at checkout. All other countries are charged by weight as well. Expedited and express services are always paid, including in the free-shipping regions above.

Full rates and delivery estimates for every region are on the Shipping Fee page.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Processing time is already included in the delivery estimates on the Shipping Fee page. Those ranges run from the day you place your order, not the day it ships — you don't need to add anything to them.

Occasionally an order needs an extra 1–2 business days before it can go out — for example when stock has to move between warehouses, when we miss a carrier's pickup cut-off, or during peak season. If your order hasn't shipped yet and you'd like an update, email us and we'll check on it.

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Shipping Address

Please enter your address in English, and double-check the postal code and phone number before you place the order. Our carriers require a valid phone number for international and expedited shipments.

We cannot deliver to: PO boxes, or APO / FPO / DPO military addresses. Orders to these addresses will be held and refunded.

If an address is incomplete and we can't reach you, your order is held until we hear back. Orders returned to us as undeliverable can be refunded less the outbound shipping cost, or reshipped once you provide a corrected address.

Need to change your address? Email us as soon as you can. We can update it any time before your order ships — but most orders ship within 1-2 business days, so that window is short. Once a tracking number has been issued, the address is locked with the carrier and we can no longer change it.

Items Out of Stock

If something in your order is out of stock, we'll contact you before shipping. You can choose to receive the in-stock items now and the rest when it arrives, swap the item, or cancel that line for a refund — whichever you prefer.

Pre-Order Items

Some products are offered as pre-orders before stock lands. For these, the processing and delivery times above do not apply.

  • The shipping date is the one stated on the product page. That date is specific to the item and takes precedence over any estimate elsewhere on this site.
  • If that date moves, we'll email you with the new one, so you're never left guessing.
  • You can cancel any time before it ships, for a full refund. No reason needed and no fee — as long as the pre-order hasn't left our warehouse, just email us and we'll refund you in full.

Once a pre-order ships it's treated like any other order, and our standard Returns & Exchanges applies.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order products are not covered by the shipping and delivery times on this page. Production time is confirmed with you per order before we begin. If you're not sure whether an item is made to order, email us before you buy.

Where We Ship From

We ship from regional warehouses rather than one central location. When an item is already in stock near you it ships from there; anything else ships from overseas.

Your order is routed automatically based on where the items are held and where they're going. We're not able to ship from a warehouse of your choosing.

Duties & Import Taxes

Prices shown at checkout do not include duties, import taxes or customs fees unless stated otherwise for your country. Any charges levied by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Duty and tax rules vary by country, by product and by order value, and they change. Novsight does not collect customs fees — we have no control over what your customs authority charges.

If you're unsure what applies to you, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. International tracking can take 2–3 business days to begin updating after handover to the carrier — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Warranty Policy

Check your warranty period, eligibility, coverage and required information before submitting a request. Warranty coverage starts on the original purchase date and applies to the original purchaser.

Registration extends eligible coverage—it does not restart it.

Eligible products must be registered within 30 calendar days after the original purchase date. Any approved extension is calculated from that original purchase date. Products in the fixed one-year group do not receive a registration extension.

Find your product group.

All periods are calculated from the original purchase date. A valid registration must be completed within 30 calendar days after purchase for an eligible extension.

Product not listed? Review the warranty information displayed for the product when the order was placed or contact NOVSIGHT before relying on a specific term. If NOVSIGHT made a more favorable official written warranty commitment at the time of purchase, we will apply it after verifying that it is genuine and applies to the order.

Who may request warranty service?

Original purchaser

Coverage is not transferable.

Warranty service is tied to the original order and original purchaser. Second-hand purchases are not covered.

Direct website orders

Use Warranty Request.

The NOVSIGHT Warranty Request form is intended for products purchased directly from novsight.com.

Other sales channels

Contact the original seller first.

Amazon, Walmart, eBay, dealer and retail orders should be handled through the original purchase channel.

Gift orders

The original order must be verifiable.

The recipient must provide verifiable original order information or ask the original purchaser to assist with the claim.

If the original seller can no longer be contacted or you have another exceptional situation, use the Contact Us form. Contacting NOVSIGHT does not by itself confirm that the claim has been accepted.

Products used in a commercial or industrial environment receive only the applicable standard limited warranty and are not eligible for a registration extension.

How extended coverage is calculated.

  • Registration must be completed within 30 calendar days after the original purchase date.
  • The extended term begins on the original purchase date, not the registration date.
  • Only eligible Group 1 and Group 2 products receive an extension after valid registration.
  • Group 3 products remain covered for a fixed one-year term and do not receive an extension.
  • Registration helps identify the product but does not replace proof of purchase or automatically approve a future claim.
  • An approved replacement continues under the remaining warranty period of the original order. It does not start a new full warranty term.
Registration and a warranty claim are different. Use Product Registration to register an eligible purchase. Use Warranty Request only when you need troubleshooting, repair, replacement or another warranty solution.

What the limited warranty covers.

NOVSIGHT covers verified defects in materials or workmanship that arise during the applicable warranty period when the product is installed, used and maintained as intended.

  • NOVSIGHT may troubleshoot the product and request photos, video, installation details or a return inspection.
  • If only one component is defective, NOVSIGHT may replace the component needed to restore normal function.
  • A verified manufacturing defect in a surface finish may be covered when it appears during the product’s standard warranty period.
  • Persistent moisture accumulation that indicates a verified sealing defect may be covered after review.
  • You may state your preferred solution, but NOVSIGHT makes the final decision based on verification, stock and the circumstances of the claim.

United States orders

NOVSIGHT may approve repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

  • If a return is required, NOVSIGHT provides an approved prepaid return label.
  • An approved refund includes the product’s actual paid amount and the delivery shipping actually paid for that product.
  • Activated shipping-protection fees are not refunded.

Orders outside the United States

NOVSIGHT may approve replacement, exchange or refund after confirming an inherent product issue.

  • If a return is required and the issue is confirmed, NOVSIGHT covers the approved return cost.
  • For an approved replacement, NOVSIGHT covers the replacement product, shipping and applicable replacement import duties.
  • An approved refund includes the product’s actual paid amount and paid delivery shipping. Original import duties and activated shipping-protection fees are not refunded.

What is not covered.

  • Normal wear, scratches, fading, oxidation, gradual surface-finish wear or environmental corrosion.
  • Temporary fogging or light condensation caused by temperature or humidity when it clears during normal operation.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, collision, chemicals, corrosive materials, natural disasters or loss.
  • Buying the wrong model, incompatibility with the vehicle or application, or damage caused by incorrect fitment.
  • Damage caused or worsened by an unauthorized modification, incorrect repair, wire cutting, opening or disassembly.
  • Installation labor, removal time, vehicle downtime, third-party service or local repair costs unless NOVSIGHT approved the specific cost in writing before it was incurred.
  • Products that cannot be linked to a valid original purchase or were purchased from an unauthorized seller.
Third-party parts or service do not automatically cancel every claim. NOVSIGHT excludes damage caused or worsened by the modification, repair or third-party component. An unrelated manufacturing defect may still be reviewed, and NOVSIGHT may request evidence or a return inspection to determine the connection.

Apparel, stickers and promotional gifts

These items do not receive long-term product warranty coverage or a registration extension. A clear defect on arrival, wrong item or transit damage may still be handled under the applicable delivery or Returns & Exchanges rules.

Prepare the information before submitting.

Confirm the purchase channel and warranty period.

Direct novsight.com orders use Warranty Request. Other orders normally return to the original seller.

Provide the original order number or valid proof of purchase.

Warranty service cannot be completed without information that verifies the original purchase.

Identify the product.

Provide the model, SKU or a clear photo of the product label. For vehicle-light claims, NOVSIGHT may also request the after-sales barcode.

Show and describe the issue.

Explain what happened and when it began, and attach clear photos or video showing the problem.

Complete troubleshooting or inspection.

NOVSIGHT may request installation information, tests, additional evidence or return of the product before deciding the claim.

Wait for written approval and instructions.

After the required information is complete, NOVSIGHT generally aims to propose the next solution within 2–3 business days. This is not a promise that every claim will be fully completed within that time.

Additional limits for certain products and uses.

Final Sale products

Final Sale products do not receive the ordinary product warranty shown above. NOVSIGHT warrants only that the product can function normally when delivered. If an inherent product issue prevents normal use, contact NOVSIGHT within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. After review, NOVSIGHT may approve replacement or refund without requiring return of the original product. NOVSIGHT makes the final decision.

For an approved Final Sale replacement, NOVSIGHT covers the replacement product and replacement shipping; the customer is responsible for replacement import duties. An approved refund includes the product’s actual paid amount and the delivery shipping actually paid for that product. Activated shipping-protection fees and original import duties are not refunded.

Historical rooftop tents

Historical RTT01, RTT02 and RTT03 orders follow the separate Legacy Rooftop Tent Policy & Support. RTT01 and RTT02 have a one-year standard warranty with no registration extension. RTT03 has a one-year standard warranty and may receive one additional year when valid registration was completed within 30 calendar days after purchase.

Oversized products

For an approved oversized-product quality issue, NOVSIGHT may send replacement parts or approve a specific local repair solution. The customer must receive written approval before arranging a repair or incurring a cost. If return of the oversized product is required and the quality issue is confirmed, NOVSIGHT covers the approved return shipping.

Ready to continue?

Use Warranty Request for troubleshooting, repair, replacement or another warranty solution. Use Product Registration only to register an eligible product within 30 calendar days after purchase.

MagicCarpet Series

Looks Like Magic.
Built Like Armor.

Most underglow is a light show that dies on the first rock. This one throws a seamless carpet of light under your rig — and then survives the trail you drove it on.

  • Dual-row 5050
  • 256 dynamic modes

Why It Looks Different

Two Rows. Two Angles.
One Seamless Carpet.

Everyone else runs pods, or a single row of 5050s firing straight down. You get a bright stripe and a dark gap — you see the diodes, not the light. We run two rows at two different beam angles: one narrow row drives brightness straight down, one wide row washes the whole underbody. Twice the output, edge to edge, and not a single visible dot.

Cross-section diagram of dual-row 5050 LEDs firing at two different beam angles
Row A — Narrow, Straight Down

The tighter angle puts peak intensity right under the rocker, where a single-row strip has to spend all its output.

Row B — Wide, Outboard

The second row fires wide and washes past the body line, filling the dark band a single angle always leaves.

Together — 2× Output, No Gaps

Double the diodes in one channel and two beams that overlap. Even coverage, no hot spots, and no dotted line of visible diodes.

Why It Survives

2.5mm of Aluminum.
Then Solid Resin.

The reason cheap underglow dies isn't the LEDs — it's everything around them. Typical kits use a 1mm shell with a thin skin of potting on top. One rock and you're done. We extrude the channel at 2.5mm, then fill it all the way through with clear resin. Scrape a layer off and there's still a layer under it.

Premium kit 1.5mm

Cutaway of our channel — resin fills it end to end, right down to the board. Inset: a typical unpotted strip after a water crossing.
Armor Housing

2.5mm extruded aluminum wraps the whole strip. It also acts as the heatsink — cooler diodes last longer.

Solid-Potted Core

Clear resin fills the channel end to end. No air pocket for water to sit in, nothing loose to rattle apart on washboard.

IP68 Sealed

Fully waterproof to IP68 — water, dust, mud, sand and winter road salt. Rated for submersion, not just splashes.

The Part Everyone Else Gets Wrong

We Already Measured
Your Rig.

Here's the real reason people don't buy underglow: they have no idea whether it'll fit. So the whole category ships one "universal" four-piece set and leaves you to figure it out — measuring frame rails in your driveway, ending up short on one side or with a strip you can't use. We went the other way. We mapped these underbodies and built a kit for each one. Pick your platform; the math is already done.

11" Fill Works around exhaust, crossmembers and skid plates where a long section won't sit flat.

Sections ship as matched left/right pairs, so both sides of your rig are always covered. Every kit ships with the 6A control box, end caps, remote — and both self-tapping screws and heavy-duty straps, so you mount it your way. A typical "universal" set gives you one fixed length and hopes it reaches.

Not Four Strips in a Box

A System That Chains Together.

Each module carries a sealed 15cm pigtail at both ends — male one side, female the other. Modules chain down the rail and a sealed end cap closes the run. Unusual layout? 2-meter extension leads are available separately to jump a long gap. One 6A control box feeds both sides through its own 3-meter leads. No cutting, no splicing, no electrical tape holding your wiring together.

Part 03

Part 04 · The Brain

6A Control Box Required

Every setup needs exactly one. Two 3-meter leads out to the left and right runs, one 2-meter power lead in — a single box runs the whole underbody, one section or ten.

Wired In, Not Stuck On

It Knows What Your Rig Is Doing.

The 7-core harness taps your brake, turn, reverse and accessory circuits. Hit the brakes and the carpet answers. Signal a turn and that side runs a marker. Back up and the ground behind you lights. Don't want one of those four? Leave that wire unconnected — everything else still works.

Accessory Brown Required

The kit's power gate. Wire it to an accessory circuit — the one that wakes at the first click of the key, same as your radio — and the lights work whenever the key is at ACC or ON, engine running or not. Pull the key and everything goes fully dead, so nothing drains your battery overnight. Want them available at all times instead? Wire it to constant 12V and accept the standby draw.

See Your Lines

Doubles as rock lights for your rig — watch your tires, your suspension travel and the rocks you're about to place them on: the ground your headlights can't reach.

Straight Talk

Know Before You Glow.

Underglow laws vary by state. Most states restrict red and blue light visible from the front or rear on public roads — those colors are reserved for emergency vehicles — and several restrict flashing or chasing patterns while you're moving. Off-road, on private land and while parked, run whatever you like. Check your state's vehicle code before you drive lit. We'd rather tell you here than have you hear it from a trooper.

Parked & Off-Road

Full 256 modes, any color, any pattern. This is what the kit is built for.

Driving on Public Roads

Stick to steady, non-emergency colors and skip the chase patterns. Check your local code.

Signal Functions

Brake, turn and reverse sync wire into your factory circuits — these are the functions most likely to be regulated. Verify locally before wiring them in.
