Shipping cost depends on where your order is going and how much it weighs. Everything below is what you'll see at checkout — no surprises at the end.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

The delivery estimates in the tables below already include this processing time — they run from the day you place the order.

We ship from regional warehouses rather than one central location, and your order is routed automatically to whichever one can get it to you fastest. When an item is already in stock near you it ships from there; anything else ships from overseas.

United States

Contiguous 48 States & Washington DC

Standard ships via USPS, UPS or FedEx — whichever serves your address best. Expedited ships via UPS or FedEx, delivered to your door rather than your mailbox, with step-by-step tracking. We recommend Expedited for light bars and other high-value orders.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

Covers Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau. These destinations are served by different carrier networks than the contiguous 48 states, so shipping is calculated by weight at checkout rather than included free.

We do not currently ship to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses.

Mexico

Shipping to Mexico depends on where the item ships from. Products stocked locally in Mexico ship with Estafeta at the lower rates above; everything else ships from overseas. Your exact cost and delivery estimate are shown at checkout once your cart is set.

Europe, East & Southeast Asia, New Zealand

Standard ships via EMS or your national postal service. Express ships via DHL or FedEx with end-to-end tracking.

Middle East

Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.

How Shipping Is Calculated

Where shipping is not free, the rate is based on the weight of your order:

• The first kilogram is charged at the full rate for your region.
• Each additional kilogram is charged at half that rate.
• Weight is rounded up to the next whole kilogram.
• Rates are capped at 10 kg — heavier orders pay the 10 kg price, no matter how much they weigh.

Orders filled from local stock in Mexico are priced from a local carrier rate card rather than this formula.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery estimates are in business days — Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays — and are counted from the day you place your order. Order processing is already included in the ranges above.

Occasionally an order needs an extra 1–2 business days before it can go out — a stock transfer between warehouses, a carrier pickup cut-off, or a peak-season backlog. Your shipping confirmation email is sent the moment the parcel actually leaves us, so that's the point to count from.

Estimates are based on our own delivery records and reflect what most orders actually take. Customs inspection, severe weather and carrier delays can push individual shipments beyond the range.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also look up any order at any time:

International tracking can take 2–3 business days to begin updating after handover to the carrier — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties & Import Taxes

Prices shown at checkout do not include duties, import taxes or customs fees unless stated otherwise for your country. Any charges levied by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Duty and tax rules vary by country and by product. If you're unsure what applies to you, check with your local customs office before ordering.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address — especially the postal code and phone number — before completing your order. Our carriers require a valid phone number for international and expedited shipments.

If an address is incomplete and we can't reach you, your order will be held until we hear back. Orders returned to us as undeliverable can be refunded less the outbound shipping cost, or reshipped once you provide a corrected address.

Items With Limited Shipping Coverage

A few product lines ship to a shorter list of countries than the rest of our catalog:

• Awnings, roof top tents and similar oversized gear ship within the United States only. These move as freight rather than parcel. If you're outside the US and want one, email us and we'll quote freight for your address.
• Camping lights ship to the United States and Australia.

If any item in your cart can't be shipped to your address, checkout will show no available shipping methods for the whole order — not just for that item. Removing the restricted item lets the rest of the order through.
