1. Identify Your Product

If the order came from a historical combined sales page that displayed both RTT01 and RTT02, the applicable model will be determined by the order record, SKU, product label, or other purchase documentation that identifies the product actually purchased.

2. How the Warranty Period Is Calculated

The standard warranty period begins on the original purchase date. RTT01 and RTT02 are not eligible for a registration-based warranty extension.

To receive one additional year of coverage for RTT03, the original purchaser must complete a valid product registration within 30 calendar days after the original purchase date.

3. A More Favorable Warranty Commitment Made at Purchase

If the original purchaser can provide a longer or otherwise more favorable warranty commitment that NOVSIGHT clearly displayed or confirmed in writing at the time of purchase, NOVSIGHT will honor that commitment after verifying that the record is authentic and applies to the order.

Records that may be used for verification

• A clear screenshot of the product page or pre-checkout page shown at the time of purchase;
• An order email, warranty email, or warranty card issued by NOVSIGHT;
• A verifiable NOVSIGHT email, website live-chat record, or other written record from official NOVSIGHT customer support.

4. Who May Submit a Claim

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. A claimant must provide verifiable order information or valid original proof of purchase.

Secondhand purchases and products obtained through resale, assignment, or transfer of ownership are not covered. Coverage also does not apply when the original purchaser or original purchase record cannot be verified, or when someone other than the original purchaser submits the claim, except where otherwise required by applicable U.S. law.

The original purchaser of an order placed on novsight.com may submit a Warranty Request. The original purchaser of a product bought through an authorized dealer or another sales channel should first contact the original place of purchase. If that channel is no longer reachable, the purchaser may explain the situation through Contact Us. Contacting NOVSIGHT in this circumstance does not mean that NOVSIGHT has accepted the claim or promised a particular outcome.

5. What the Limited Warranty Covers

During the applicable warranty period, if NOVSIGHT determines that a problem resulted from a defect in materials or workmanship under normal and reasonable use, NOVSIGHT will decide on an appropriate support solution based on the nature of the issue, parts availability, product availability, and the circumstances of the claim.

Possible solutions may include troubleshooting, repair guidance, replacement parts, repair, a replacement product, or another reasonable remedy. The final solution and responsibility for related costs are subject to NOVSIGHT's review and the terms that applied at the time of purchase.

6. What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, natural aging, minor color variation, or cosmetic changes that do not affect normal use;
• Improper installation, installation that does not follow the instructions, or an incompatible roof rack or load-bearing system;
• Collision, dropping, overloading, accidents, or damage caused after delivery by improper handling or another external event;
• Misuse, use beyond the product's intended purpose, lack of maintenance, or improper storage;
• Damage caused by modification, disassembly, repair, or use of non-original parts without NOVSIGHT's approval;
• Fire, flooding, extreme weather, animal damage, or other external causes;
• Claims for which the information reasonably required by NOVSIGHT to determine the cause of the issue is not provided.

7. How to Request Support

1. Provide the original order number or valid original proof of purchase;
2. Provide the product model, SKU, or a photo of the product label;
3. Describe the issue and when it occurred;
4. Provide photos or video that clearly show the issue;
5. For an RTT03 claim during the second year, provide a valid record showing that registration was completed within 30 calendar days after purchase;
6. If relying on a more favorable warranty commitment made at purchase, provide the corresponding official written evidence.

NOVSIGHT may request additional troubleshooting information, installation details, or other reasonable documentation. NOVSIGHT cannot complete its review if the information provided is insufficient.

8. Historical Shipping Information

Historical RTT sales pages stated that orders generally required one to three business days for processing and generally required five to seven business days for delivery after handoff to the carrier, except in unusual circumstances. Delivery was primarily completed by local truck freight in the United States. Customers were required to provide a working phone number and cooperate with delivery scheduling and receipt.

At the time, shipping was not available to Alaska, remote or non-contiguous U.S. destinations, or destinations outside the United States. This information is included only to explain the shipping arrangements for historical RTT orders. It does not apply to any future oversized products.

9. Returns and Other After-Sales Support

Return eligibility and costs for historical orders are handled according to the terms in effect when the customer placed the order, the current Returns & Exchanges Policy to the extent it applies to historical orders, and any written approval issued by NOVSIGHT.

10. U.S. Consumer Rights

This policy applies to historical RTT orders sold in the United States. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this policy excludes any right that cannot be waived under applicable U.S. law.
