Trademark Notice

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This notice explains how NOVSIGHT uses third-party trademarks, and what our relationship to vehicle manufacturers is.

1. We Are Not a Vehicle Manufacturer

NOVSIGHT LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY INC. is an independent manufacturer and seller of aftermarket automotive lighting products. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to any vehicle manufacturer, distributor or dealer.

2. Third-Party Trademarks Belong to Their Owners

All vehicle makes, models, brand names, logos, emblems, trade names and trade dress shown on this website — including but not limited to Ford, Toyota, Jeep, Chevrolet, Ram, GMC, Dodge, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Land Rover, Lexus, Tesla, Polaris and Can-Am — are the registered or unregistered trademarks of their respective owners.

We claim no ownership of, and no licence to, any of these marks.

3. How We Use These Marks

We refer to vehicle makes and models only for the legitimate, descriptive purpose of identifying which vehicles our products are designed to fit. This is normal, referential use in the automotive aftermarket industry.

This use:

  • does not imply that any vehicle manufacturer has approved, tested, certified or endorsed our products
  • does not imply that we are an official supplier, licensee or partner of any vehicle manufacturer
  • does not transfer any trademark rights to us

4. Our Products Are Aftermarket Parts

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products sold on this site are aftermarket parts. They are not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and are not supplied by any vehicle manufacturer.

Fitment information on our product pages is provided as a guide to help you select the correct part. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your specific vehicle, including year, trim, factory lighting package and any prior modifications, before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy.

5. Legal Restrictions on Use

In some jurisdictions, the use of certain aftermarket lighting products on public roads is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to check and comply with the road traffic laws that apply where you drive. Products intended for off-road or motorsport use may not be legal for use on public highways.

6. Objections and Requests from Rights Holders

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we do not intend to use any mark in a way that infringes those rights.

If you are a rights holder and you object to any use of a mark on this site, or you believe content on this site infringes your rights, please contact us with:

  • Your name, company and contact details
  • Identification of the right you hold, including a registration number where applicable
  • The specific URL and content on our site that you are concerned about
  • An explanation of the basis for your concern
  • A statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf

Send notices to service@novsight.com with the subject line “Trademark Notice”. We will acknowledge your notice and respond within a reasonable period. Where a concern is valid, we will correct, update or remove the content without delay, and we would prefer to resolve the matter directly rather than through formal proceedings.
