RTT03 may receive 1 additional year only when the original purchaser completes a valid product registration within 30 calendar days after the original purchase date. Total coverage is measured from the original purchase date and is limited to 2 years.
If the original purchaser can provide a more favorable official written warranty commitment made by NOVSIGHT at the time of purchase, NOVSIGHT will honor it after verification.

How many people capacity?
- Maximum capacity: 3 people
- 2 adults and 1 child
- 1 adult and 2 children
- 2 adults(not higher than 6.5ft)
- If there are 3 adults, it may be a bit crowded
- As long as the height is not higher than 6.5ft, it can be accommodated.
How long will it take to get my orders?
1. We will ship locally for US buyers. Usually for US buyers, it takes about 5-8 business days to arrive. In some remote areas, the delivery time may be extended, but we will arrange the best warehouse and truck delivery for you. If you don't receive it, please contact us first; we will try our best to support you.
2. For USA customers, all items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please include your phone number on the payment note for prompt and secure shipment.
